How Man United can still part ways with Bailly, Maguire even if window closed
Man United have done a fair share of selling this summer but have failed to part ways with Harry Maguire and Eric Bailly, despite wanting to get rid of them.
The defenders are clearly not cut out for the Red Devils' squad at the moment and there's no point having them on huge money to play in training games and making an occasional Carabao Cup appearance.
There is a way United can still sell the unwanted duo, despite the transfer window ending. The thing is, the window is over in England — but there are plenty of countries where it runs for a week or more.
For example, Saudi Arabia, who will enjoy an opportunity to sign players until September 20. Or Turkey, or Poland, or Belgium, or Greece.
There are plenty of other countries too but we can't see Maguire going to Eswatini or Eric heading to Indonesia.
So an Antwerp move for Bailly and an Al Ahli move for Harry, who says no?!
