Video Emerges Talisca Shares Heartwarming Moment with Ronaldo Following Al Nassr's Victory,
Talisca scored twice in a 4-2 win over the UAE side in a tense game in Riyadh on Tuesday night.
The 29-year-old gave Al-Nassr the lead after 11 minutes when he headed in Marcelo Brozovic's corner.
But goals in the 18th and 46th minutes from Shabab Al Ahli star Yahya Al Ghassani put the 2015 runners-up ahead and left the big-spending Saudis on the brink of elimination.
However, Sultan Al Ghannam's 88th-minute header levelled the scores and Talisca put in his second in the fifth minute of injury time to put Al Nassr back in front.
Brozovic then sealed the win two minutes later as Al Nassr secured qualification.
Talisca kisses Ronaldo
In a photo circulating on social media, Talisca was caught on camera planting a warm kiss on Ronaldo's cheek after scoring his first goal in the AFC Champions League.
The match, which showcased the synergy between the players, took an emotional turn as Talisca's gesture spoke volumes about the tight-knit bond among the players.
The cheek kiss was not only a celebration of Talisca's goal but also a heartfelt thank-you to Ronaldo for reportedly helping keep him in the squad.
Mirror Sports reported that Al-Nassr were on the verge of offloading Talisca amid restrictions on foreign players in Asia's AFC Champions League, with only five non-Asian players allowed to feature in tournament squads.
According to Sport, Talisca could be the odd man out as Al-Nassr prepare for continental football this season.
Ronaldo denied three penalties
Al-Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo exploded with fury during Tuesday's AFC Champions League game against Shabab Al-Ahli after the referee refused to award him three penalty kicks.
Ronaldo thought he should have had a first spot kick on 27 minutes after he was fouled in the penalty area.
In a video share on social media, the Portuguese forward went to the ground, having clipped the knee of the Shabab Al-Ahli defender.
