Arsenal fans confront Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk in London

Arsenal fans ruthlessly confronted Chelsea star Mykhalio Mudryk in London over his failed transfer to the Emirates.

Mudryk made a cameo appearance in Chelsea's crushing 3-1 defeat to West Ham United last weekend.

Carney Chukwuemeka cancelled out Nayef Aguerd's opener, with Michail Antonio and Lucas Paqueta scoring second-half goals to secure a big Premier League victory.

Mauricio Pochettino is still looking for his first win as Chelsea manager as Mudryk was unable to influence the match.

After the game, the Ukrainian was spotted in London and was heckled by Arsenal fans in the streets.

The Chelsea man was in the driving seat of his vehicle, with some Arsenal supporters asking him about his failed move to the North London side.

Mudryk had his window rolled down and made eye contact with the group of fans but refused to comment.

Fans can he heard saying Arsenal was his 'dream club' and he 'would've won the Premier League' had he joined the Gunners.

Another claimed his 'time will come', with the result of Sunday's game can also be heard.

Of course, the 22-year-old appeared on course to sign for Mikel Arteta's team before the Blues hijacked the transfer, snapping him up for a staggering £89 million in January.

He's played 19 games in all competitions for the club and has yet to score a goal.

Speaking after his side's defeat at the London Stadium, Pochettino bemoaned the missed opportunities in the first-half.

"That's football. Teams like us, we need to get the right balance. I think today there were a few actions we didn't manage well and we concede," he said.

"We create many chances and we did well in the first half. We should have won the game with our first half.

"In the second half with another isolated action we concede again.

"To find the space to create clear chances [is difficult] but overall it is this type of game that is difficult to explain."

So far this season, Mudryk has made two substitute appearances in Chelsea's opening league games.

Pochettino's side return to action on Friday when they host Luton Town.
