Thibaut Courtois starts knee injury recovery process, sends message to Real Madrid fans

Thibaut Courtois is continuing his recovery from a knee injury sustained in Real Madrid training earlier this month. The Belgian goalkeeper underwent successful surgery on his left knee on August 25 and has since been working on his rehabilitation.

Courtois posted a picture of himself on social media on August 29, showing him in Real Madrid's training facility with his left knee heavily strapped up. He captioned the photo, "Little by little taking the first steps in recovery."

The 31-year-old is expected to miss the entire 2023-2024 season, but he is determined to make a full recovery and return to the pitch as soon as possible.

In a message to the Real Madrid fans, Courtois said, "Thank you all for the support and energy. I'm working hard every day to get back on the field."

Knee injuries can be a long and difficult process to recover from, but Courtois has shown great determination so far. With hard work and dedication, he is confident that he will be back playing football soon.
