Reporters provide worrying Vinicius update - he might be out till October: list of possible game he might miss.
According to a fresh report from Diario AS, Vinicius Jr has suffered a muscle tear.
The Brazilian was forced off the pitch 17 minutes into the Celta game on Friday.
He was initially expected to get back to action after the international break, missing out on the Getafe encounter only.
But the injury seems more serious than we thought and may rule him out for up to six weeks.
If that happens, the player will be out until the first week of October.
If Vinicius is indeed out for six weeks, he will miss the following games:
- Getafe (La Liga) - September 2
- Real Betis (La Liga) - September 11
- Barcelona (La Liga) - September 18
- Rayo Vallecano (La Liga) - September 22
- Inter Milan (UEFA Champions League) - September 29
- Valencia (La Liga) - October 2
It's only been three matchdays, and Vini is the sixth Real Madrid player on the injury list this season...
