Nigeria and Napoli Striker Victor Osimhen netted his 100th club goal in 2-0 win over Sassuolo

Nigerian footballer Victor Osimhen reached a big milestone by scoring his 100th goal for his club. He achieved this in Napoli's recent match against Sassuolo, where Napoli won 2-0. Osimhen, who is 24 years old, is known for his strong performance. 

He had already scored two goals in the beginning of the current season. In this match, he confidently kicked the ball into the goal from a penalty in the 16th minute, giving Napoli the lead. Captain Giovanni Di Lorenzo secured Napoli's victory by scoring another goal in the 64th minute.

This marks Osimhen's 100th goal at the club level. Before joining Napoli in 2020, he scored 20 goals for Sporting Charleroi in Belgium and 18 goals for Lille in France. 

Since becoming a part of Napoli, he has scored 62 goals for them. With this win, Napoli maintains their perfect record in the current season, having won all their matches so far. Their next game will be against Lazio.
