Dortmund Confirms Amicable Relationship with Jude Bellingham Despite Midfielder's Remarks

Borussia Dortmund has emphatically stated that there are no hostilities with midfielder Jude Bellingham. Bellingham departed from the Bundesliga club to join Real Madrid this summer after completing three seasons with Dortmund. Real Madrid transferred a substantial sum of €103 million to secure the services of the English midfielder for this season.

While Jude Bellingham is enjoying a highly successful commencement to his tenure at Real Madrid, his recent comments seem to have stirred discontent among the supporters of his former club, Borussia Dortmund.

Bellingham has already netted three goals in his initial two La Liga matches with Los Blancos, leading him to remark about the exceptional standards at Real Madrid. Unfortunately, this comment was interpreted by BVB fans as a slight.

According to a report by Fansided, Sebastian Kehl, the sporting director of Borussia Dortmund, does not interpret Bellingham's statements about the elevated expectations at Real Madrid as a form of criticism directed towards Borussia Dortmund.

Kehl stated, "I don't believe his statement was intended to be a critique of Borussia Dortmund or his time with us up until the summer. I am aware that he was not fully fit over the past few months due to knee issues, which have now been resolved. I maintain a respectful relationship with Jude; that has always been the case."

Before securing one of the most significant transfers of the summer to Real Madrid at an astonishing €103 million fee, Bellingham impressively appeared in 132 matches for Borussia Dortmund, contributing 24 goals and 25 assists.

Ancelotti Praises Bellingham's Impact
In the meantime, Carlo Ancelotti has showered praise upon Jude Bellingham after the English midfielder demonstrated another outstanding performance in Real Madrid's victory over Almeria in La Liga, as reported by Football Espana.

The seasoned Italian manager lauded the 20-year-old midfielder as "fantastic," highlighting how seamlessly he has adapted to Real Madrid's tactical style and to La Liga in general.

Bellingham's two goals and an assist in Andalucia have further boosted his reputation, positioning him for a pivotal role under Ancelotti this season.

Bellingham Wins Over Real Madrid Fans
Earlier, Sports Brief covered the news that Real Madrid fans have quickly developed a deep affection for Jude Bellingham since his arrival, even capturing attention for his arrival at training via a taxi.

Bellingham's transfer from Borussia Dortmund to Los Blancos for a substantial fee of £115 million during this ongoing transfer window has endeared him to the hearts of the fans.

The 20-year-old has substantially increased his earnings since arriving in the Spanish capital, as he signed a contract worth £12 million annually.
