VIDEO; Cristiano Ronaldo not included in promo video as Saudi side Al Nassr release new kit
Al-Nassr's new kit promotional video has not featured legendary Portugal footballer Cristiano Ronaldo. This has raised doubts in netizens who have shared mixed responses.
Fans expressed some confusion regarding Cristiano Ronaldo as Al-Nassr dropped their new kit on social media. While fans were left in awe of the new jersey, they were a bit taken aback to not find Ronaldo in the promotional video of the jersey.
The club has opted for a new all-yellow kit and the jersey is easy on the eye, to say the least. While the new jersey has gone well with fans, they were a bit surprised to not find Ronaldo in the promotional video of the kit.
One of them wrote on Twitter:
"No ronaldo? And he’s a nike athlete right?"
The Saudi Pro League club's new kit has been designed by sportswear brand Nike. Hence, the absence of Ronaldo, who has been a Nike athlete since the start of his career back in 2003, was a bit surprising.

Fans were quick to react on social media.
One said: “No Ronaldo I notice. Wonder what that means.”
Another tweeted: “Where is Ronaldo?”
A third fan added: “Reckon Ronaldo told them pay me another 100 mil or I'm dodging.”
Someone else wrote: “Ronaldo too important for kit launches now? Weird considering that all Al-Nassr sell is Ronaldo shirts.”
Whilst a fifth commented: “Very strange to not include Ronaldo, who is the league’s biggest star.”
Ever since Ronaldo’s arrival, Saudi Arabia have been splashing the cash in a bid to lure some of football’s biggest names to the Saudi Professional League.
To date, the likes of Karim Benzema, Roberto Firmino, N’Golo Kante, Edouard Mendy and Kalidou Koulibaly have all joined Saudi Arabian clubs.
