Nathan Ake didn't drink in the treble celebrations, he has only ever drunk ONCE before
Nathan Ake's head would not have been as fuzzy as Manchester City teammate Jack Grealish, following Monday's Treble trophy parade.
The streets of Manchester were awash with blue and white on Monday evening, though it was lucky not to be a complete washout thanks to the weather.
Despite literally raining on the parade fans were able to enjoy the open top bus parade of the Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup trophies.
Before it all got going the players arrived on the Manchester Metrolink and in typical fashion Grealish had to be helped off the bus by Ruben Dias.
The forward has already been spotted looking worse for wear following the final and the players then jetted off to Ibiza to celebrate before the parade.
It was no surprise when he admitted that he'd not slept since the final whistle blew in Istanbul on Saturday night to crown them champions of Europe for the first time.
Fans questioned how the 27-year-old will manage to arrive for England duty but that's not an issue for Ake when it comes to the Netherlands.
Speaking exclusively to SPORTbible, the former Chelsea player revealed that he's only ever drunk during he wedding.
"I'd always hear stories when I was younger," he explained. "When you meet older people and you ask them why they aren’t playing anymore, they’d often come back and say, 'I was going out too much' or 'I was drinking, clubbing and I got injured.'
"All of these excuses.
"Growing up, I always wanted to be a professional footballer. I always wanted to do well and reach the highest level possible. I never wanted to be able to make those excuses."

Ake was welcomed to the national team meet up with applause from his fellow countrymen and got to meet up with Inter Milan's Denzel Dumfries after the two sides met in the Champions League final.
Ronald Koeman's side will be hoping that the defender's trophy winning habits rub off the rest of the squad in the next week.
They play hosts to the semi-finals and final of the latest edition of the Nations League, with the Oranje taking on Croatia in their semi on Wednesday night.
The winner will go on to face the winner of Thursday's match between Spain and Italy on Sunday evening.
