Mo Salah meets with PSG president in Morocco as Liverpool told transfer attempt 'nailed on'

Mohamed Salah has reportedly met with Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi in Morocco amid speculation over his club future.

Salah, 31, has been linked with a move to Parc des Princes as a potential replacement for one of Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe or Neymar.

Messi has already confirmed he will join MLS side Inter Miami on a free transfer this summer.

Kylian Mbappe has informed PSG he won't sign a contract renewal to 2025, increasing the chances of him being sold this summer.

Meanwhile, PSG are reportedly prepared to allow Neymar to leave should they receive a suitable offer for the Brazilian.

Sports Zone (via Get French Football News) has now reported that Salah recently met with PSG president Al-Khelaifi in Morocco.

It comes after the pair were spotted together in London earlier this year.

The report claims that Al-Khelaifi has sounded out Salah to gauge his interest in a potential move to Paris.

It is claimed that the pair have been in constant contact since the World Cup in Qatar this winter.

Al-Khelaifi is said to have suggested in the latest meeting that Salah could replace Messi at the Parc des Princes.

Salah was 'happy to entertain Al Khelaifi's approach' without 'necessarily agreeing with the PSG president', according to the report.

Salah only signed a new three-year deal with Liverpool last summer to keep him at Anfield until 2025.

But he could be tempted into a move to PSG, who are able to offer him Champions League football next season unlike Liverpool.
