Man Utd fans plead with 'agent Shaw' to entice two pals to Old Trafford
Manchester United fans have pleaded with Luke Shaw to help bring Harry Kane and Declan Rice to Old Trafford following his cheeky post on Instagram
Manchester United fans have pleaded with Luke Shaw to entice two England players to move to Old Trafford.
Shaw is currently on international duty with England as they prepare to host North Macedonia at Old Trafford in a Euro qualifier on Monday.
Gareth Southgate’s side wrapped up a comfortable 4-0 victory away in Malta last time out to strengthen their commanding grip on the group.
Shaw played the opening hour on Friday night and started alongside Harry Kane and Declan Rice – who he posed with at United’s Carrington training ground.
The United ace posted a picture of him with both Kane and Rice, captioning it: “Carrington tour” with the eyes emoji and tagging both England teammate’s Instagram handle.
United fans lapped up Shaw’s teasing post on social media, one comment read: “Agent Luke Shaw hard at work.”

A second read: “Agent Shaw doing all he can to bring Harry Kane and Declan Rice to Man United...”
“Our next season depends on you, Luke”, a third wrote. “Thank you agent Shaw for you diligent service,” a fourth said.
United have been urged to move for Tottenham Hotspur striker Kane for some time and although Erik ten Hag will be crying out for a new number nine in the summer window, it seems Spurs’ reluctance to sell to a Premier League rival makes a deal unlikely.
A potential move for Rice also looks unlikely with Arsenal heavily interested in the midfielder who has a touted £100million price tag slapped on him by West Ham.
One player who missed England duty due to an injury that hampered the end of his season is Mason Mount, whose presence at Carrington would’ve added more fuel to the fire surrounding his future.
The attacking midfielder is said to have agreed personal terms with United but the sticking point on the deal remains Chelsea’s £70million asking price for the 24-year-old which saw United’s opening offer rejected.
