Manchester City players had more than an excuse to let their hair down on Saturday evening, as Pep Guardiola's side finally got their hands on the one trophy that has eluded them.

Manchester City players have written themselves into history: three Premier League titles in a row, and, on Saturday night, they finally conquered Europe.

When Rodri curled the ball into the Inter Milan net, City became the second English side to ever win the historic treble. In three short weeks, City won the league, beat their hated neighbours at Wembley, and downed Inter in Istanbul.

And after a season of highs and lows, City players could finally celebrate in style - after their unique achievement.

There's a strong Yorkshire contingent in the City side - and Kalvin Phillips made a cheeky reference to that as he posed with Erling Haaland, with both being born in Leeds. John Stones and Kyle Walker also hail from England's biggest county.
