Chelsea Fans Left Stunned as Club Gets Brutally Mocked Despite Not Playing Last Night
BT Sport's coverage of Tuesday's 1-1 draw between Leeds and Leicester City left fans in hysterics as Chelsea was brutally violated.
Leeds' Luis Sinisterra netted the first goal in the opening half at Elland Road, but Leicester's Jamie Vardy equalized in the second half, securing a point for his team.
Leicester is currently in 17th place with a one-point lead over 18th-place Everton, while Leeds sits at 16th place, just two points clear of the relegation zone in the Premier League.
Amusingly, during the second half of the match, observant fans noticed that Chelsea was featured in an infographic displaying teams in the bottom half of the table who have scored the most goals this season.
In the same infographic, Chelsea was listed at the bottom and lagged behind teams such as Crystal Palace, Bournemouth, and West Ham, having only scored 30 goals in the league this season.
“If [you] don’t laugh, you will cry,” one fan said.
Someone else added: “This is ridiculous.”
“Leave us alone,” a third tweeted.
Another Twitter user wrote: “Spending €600m in one season. And to be that bad certainly need some skills.”
While a fifth posted: “That team is in the deep end, man.”

And a sixth commented: “Nah, I’m not even trying to troll. That’s properly embarrassing. WTF has [Todd] Boehly done?”
Chelsea is currently placed in 11th position in the league table following a tumultuous season that witnessed the dismissal of both Thomas Tuchel and Graham Potter.
With just seven league matches left to play, Chelsea is 20 points adrift of the Premier League's top four, and they may miss out on European football next season.
Following Potter's sacking, former Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard returned to Stamford Bridge, and the team has suffered four successive defeats under his leadership.
Chelsea return to Premier League action on Wednesday when they host Brentford at Stamford Bridge, with kick-off slated for 7:45pm UK time.
