'This team has great character': Ten Hag reacts to Fulham win

Erik ten Hag spoke to ITV after Man United defeated Fulham 3-1 in the FA Cup quarter-final.

"In possession, we could have been better. Out of possession, we were excellent," he said.

"We came under pressure, gave away some set pieces and then conceded the goal. David de Gea kept us in the game after we conceded.

"This team has great character. We are mentally and physically fit, and I’m happy with our progress as a team."

United came from behind to book a place in the semi-finals after a dramatic end to the game when Fulham had two players sent off in one minute.
