Ten Hag set to be rewarded with new United contract irrespective of owner situation - explained
Man United have notified Erik ten Hag that they want to give him a new contract extension very soon, claims the Mirror.
The Dutchman is set to be rewarded for the progress he’s helped the Red Devils make in under one year of his reign.
Ten Hag is in line for a new deal irrespective of whoever is United owners, be it the Glazers or anybody else.
The main bidders Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani both believe that Ten Hag is the right man to bring back the glory days to the club.
Ten Hag signed a three-year deal worth £27m last year, which also has the option to extend to a four-year.
Yet, the 53-year-old manager is now tipped to get a much more lucrative deal as United aim to keep him at the club for many years to come.
