Manchester United respond to Turkish Clubs Attempt to Sign Mason Greenwood
Man United received multiple offers from Turkish clubs to sign Mason Greenwood earlier this year, claims The Athletic.
The Red Devils ended up swiftly rejecting them because they don’t want to sell him at the moment.
United are still continuing their internal investigations over Greenwood over him being accused of domestic violence last year.
Greenwood is reportedly desperate to get back to playing for the Red Devils, but still remains suspended.
The English forward continues to be paid through his suspension period and hasn’t played a competitive game in over a year.
Recall:
Manchester United player, Mason Greenwood, was accused of sexual assault and domestic violence by his ex-girlfriend, Harriet Robson. In a series of posts on social media, Robson showed injuries she sustained when Greenwood allegedly forced himself on her. Manchester United Football Club said that Greenwood “will not return to training or play matches until further notice” after allegations of domestic violence emerged against him.
