'His first touch is worse than Lukaku': Some Chelsea fans unhappy with Mudryk despite first assist

Misha Mudryk beat the 007 allegations after making his first goal contribution with Chelsea in a 3-1 victory against Leicester. The Ukrainian provided a headed assist to Kovacic as the midfielder sealed a win for the Blues.

Chelsea fans were overjoyed to see Mudryk avoiding the Jadon Sancho-inspired banter after the game, yet some of the Blues faithful were still not impressed by the forward.

Mykhaylo was played in an unfamiliar False 9 role and, before his disallowed goal and an assist, was largely anonymous.

DCPete6: "Mudryk looked really poor. Got his assist to avoid a humiliating label but not good."
