Glazers 'undecided' on full sale of Man United — process could get more delayed

As reported by iNews, Manchester United's potential takeover will be delayed further despite receiving bids from interested parties.

And that's because the Glazers are 'undecided' on whether to fully sell the club or retain a minority stake.

So far, public bids have been submitted by Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani - both shy of the £6 billion valuation set by the Glazers.

Ratcliffe and Sheikh Jassim are believed to have made initial offers of around £4.5 million but the latter reportedly submitted a second bid of over £5 million.

However, nothing will move forward unless the Glazers are clear on what they want to do.

iNews understands the Glazers want to retain a minority stake to enjoy the great monetary benefits that would lead to.

Initially, United were expected to be sold fully before the summer but now, that may not be the case.
