'Extraordinary player': Fabio Vieira expresses admiration for Man City star

Speaking on Manchester City's Bernardo Silva, Fabio Vieira said: "I admire him, he’s an extraordinary player.

"I know him from Portugal, he played at Benfica and I know him very well. I think we are similar players, with similar qualities as well and of course, I admire him."

On if he sees himself having a similar impact in England as Silva: "I arrived here with an injury, that’s always difficult for any player, we are always one step behind.

"I improved a lot, I work a lot and I think this is a question of time, for me to be there and help the team and show my qualities to the supporters and let’s see."

Vieira is settling gradually at Arsenal after arriving from Porto last summer.
