Erling Haaland somehow didn't get a 10/10 rating after scoring five goals against RB Leipzig
Erling Haaland somehow didn't receive a 10/10 rating following his stunning five-goal haul against RB Leipzig in the Champions League.
Manchester City smashed Leipzig 7-0 (8-1 on aggregate) at the Etihad on Tuesday to book their spot in the next round of the competition.
Haaland scored FIVE of his side's seven goals as he completed his hat-trick on the stroke of half-time, before adding two more goals in the second-half.
He was denied a double hat-trick as Pep Guardiola dragged him off in the 64th minute, with fans coming up with a Lionel Messi-related theory as to why he replaced him with Julian Alvarez.
Despite Haaland bagging five goals against Leipzig, he failed to land a perfect 10/10 rating by Sofascore.
He was handed a 9.7 rating following his superb European outing as people online couldn't believe his score.
One Twitter user wrote: "What else do they want from him?"
A second tweeted: "What more does he have to do to get a 10?"
A third added: "Where’s the .3 deduction came from. All shots were on target and scored 5."
A Fourth said: "Imagine 5 goals, in a Champions game, not worth 10."
A fifth joked: "A certain short man gets 10 just for hitting the post."
The 22-year-old has now bagged an incredible 39 goals in all competitions this season and has five hat-tricks to his name.
His five goals against Leipzig moves him to 10 goals in the Champions League this campaign, making him the top scorer in the competition.
