Erik Ten Hag driving Man United's summer pursuit of Harry Kane

Man United have included Harry Kane high on their summer transfer wishlist, claims The Guardian.

Erik ten Hag is himself driving the club’s pursuit of the Tottenham Hotspur striker and is hopeful of getting him.

While the gaffer also has Napoli striker Victor Osimhen on his wishlist, he believes Kane is more likely to deliver a lot of goals due to his Premier League experience.

Harry Kane is Manchester United's priority transfer target this summer.

Erik Ten Hag wants an elite no.9 and the manager is driving the pursuit of the Tottenham striker.

However, United won’t find it easy to sign the Englishman because Spurs are likely to place a huge transfer price tag on him to ward off interest.

The Red Devils are hopeful that the uncertainty over Antonio Conte’s future at Spurs can convince Kane to push for a move to Old Trafford.

Kane has scored 20 goals and provided 4 assists in all competitions for Spurs this season.
