Erik ten Hag and Marcus Rashford sweep Premier League Manager and Player of the Month awards

Erik ten Hag has been named the Premier League manager of the Month for February, it was announced on Friday.

Meanwhile, Marcus Rashford has won his second consecutive — and third overall — Player of the Month award for the 2022/23 season.

The Manchester United forward had previously claimed the honour for the months of September and January while the Dutchman had won his in September as well.

Rashford said: "I couldn't have done it without the the boys and the staff. Setbacks will happen but as long as we stay focused and stay together we will always see the light at the end of the tunnel."
