'Cucurella was fantastic': Frank Leboeuf changes tune on Marc after massive Dortmund win

Speaking on ESPN FC, Frank Leboeuf said: "Finally, we have found a Chelsea team playing the way I'd love the football to be played.

"They were always going forward, not just trying to get the possession but going forward, forward fast. Marc Cucurella was fantastic.

"Everybody was spot on. It is something I did not see for a while. A team not calculating too much, a team going forward, putting pace in the game."

This was a change of tune from the former Chelsea defender who labelled the Spaniard 'not good enough' to play for the Blues just last month.

Cucurella, playing as a left centre-back, was one of the best players on the pitch on Tuesday as Chelsea beat Borussia Dortmund 2–0 to secure a place in the Champions League quater-finals.
