'United fans should protest, we can't become City': Man Utd Fans react to Qatari mega-money bid expected for Man United

As per Mike Keegan, a group of undisclosed Qatari individuals are expected to submit a bid for the buyout of Manchester United in the coming days.

The reports suggest that the the bid needs to be at least £6 billion for the Glazers to accept and the group is not going to be PSG owners QSI.

Although some Man United supporters have reacted to the news positively the majority of the fanbase is concerned about our club being owned by an oil-rich monarchy with a terrible human rights track record.

Danyyyel: "United fans in Manchester should start to protest, we are profitable enough to not need these type of money, but we for a decade we called City for their oil money, we can't accept that."

Max: "Next thing we know the Premier League will just be Saudi Pro League 2."

Kevin: "Everyone is going to be owned by an oil state soon."

Mdstwp: "The guy who wants to buy is is worth 300 billion apparently… What’s the actual point then? He can pour in a filthy amount of money which just makes it all feel pointless. The Premier League need to stop state ownership before it is too late.

United do not need Qatar but if they came in and truly backed the club, we could be unstoppable.

If Manchester United do get the Qatar money then it's probably game over. They will invest more than the Americans did. Develop OT and probably upgrade the outdated Carrington. I've always said Man U is the biggest global football brand. If they start winning again then boom!
