'This is our aim': Xavi reveals how many points he wants Barca to finish season with

"We have 50 points in 19 [league] games, having lost only at the Bernabeu and with 7 goals conceded. Our aim is to match this point tally in the second half too," Xavi has told the media.

"Sometimes you have to value things. I remember where we were last season. We are on the right track, but we haven't won anything yet," he also said.

Thus, Xavi expects Barcelona to finish the league season with 100 points. This would be just fantastic given that we were in a crisis last season.

The last time Barca claimed 100 points in a single season was in 2012/13 when the Catalans were managed by the late Tito Vilanova.

Barca are currently top of the league and 8 points ahead of Real Madrid.
