Raine tell Ineos, Sheikh Jassim to 'stop making' anti-Glazers statements
Sir Ratcliffe's Ineos and Sheikh Jassim made public statements last week, confirming their bids to buy United.
Both statements contained promises to bring back the 'glory years' of the club. And according to the BBC, Raine Group have warned the bidders from making such 'vitriolic' statements in the future.
These statements are seen as an implicit attack on the Glazers.
The question is why would the Glazers care what is said about them if they are out soon anyway. The BBC say it could indicate that the family might stick around at United in one way or another.
