Premier League admits 'human error' led to controversial Brentford goal

The Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL), the body responsible for match officials in English professional football, has admitted that human error led to Brentford's equaliser against Arsenal.

"PGMOL have admitted that it was 'human error' which lead to VAR not fully investigating an offside call for Brentford's equaliser against Arsenal," Sky wrote on Twitter.
