Not everyone at Chelsea is convinced new signings are Chelsea quality regardless of price tag

Some people at Chelsea are not convinced with the quality of new signings being signed by the club, reports The Athletic.

Chelsea have lavished heavily on the transfer market, bringing in 14 new players in two transfer windows.

However, the Blues are struggling to score, win or keep consistent clean sheets. It's been a horrendous run that's seen them win just two of their last 14 games dating back to November.

Some of the higher-ups in the technical department are beyond disappointed that the new signings have not really improved the squad so far.

New attackers like Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke have so far failed to score or register an assist in their first few Chelsea games.
