'I feel ashamed: Miss BumBum accuses Barcelona of disrespecting Lionel Messi after Europa League elimination

Miss BumBum winner Suzy Cortez accused Barcelona for showing a lack of respect for Lionel Messi after their Europa League elimination.

Manchester United knocked Barcelona out of the Europa League with a dramatic 2-1 win at Old Trafford. And Suzy Cortez, who won Brazil's MissBumBum pageant in 2015, singled out one player in particular.

She was fuming with 20-year-old winger Ansu Fati, who took Messi's No.10 following his departure to PSG in the summer of 2021.

Barcelona boss Xavi gave him just 15 minutes off the bench at Old Trafford - and Cortez wasn't happy with his cameo. Taking to Twitter, she wrote: "What an insult to football.

"What a lack of respect for Lionel #Messi and for @FCBarcelona. For dignity, the overrated Ansu Fati should throw the number of the best player in history and wear another number. I feel ashamed of Barca 2023. #ViscaBarca."
