'He’s a key player for us': Fernandez urges Chelsea to get Felix signed permanently

“He’s a great player, isn’t he?" Enzo Fernandez told The Telegraph when asked about Joao Felix.

"A fantastic player. He’s got lots of ability and loads of qualities.

"He’s a key player for us, an important player and he’s on loan.

"Let’s hope that Chelsea can do all they can to keep hold of him come June, that would be great."

Fernandez played in three games for Chelsea together with Felix and already assisted him for one goal against West Ham - the only goal the Blues scored in those games.

Felix has been quite impressive for the Blues so far. If he continues like that, Chelsea would certainly try to sign the player permanently - although it remains to be seen just how much Atletico would demand.
