Footage Harvey Elliott toyed with by three Real Madrid players during Liverpool's 5-2 loss
Harvey Elliott was one of many Liverpool players humiliated by Real Madrid on Tuesday night.
Jurgen Klopp's side fell to a 5-2 defeat in their Champions League last-16 first leg at Anfield.
That's despite going 2-0 ahead inside 14 minutes thanks to Darwin Nunez and Mohamed Salah.
A Vinicius Jr brace saw the European champions go into the break level at 2-2.
And the second half belonged to Carlo Ancelotti's side as goals from Eder Militao and two from Karim Benzema saw them triumph 5-2.
Liverpool just had no answer to Real's brilliance in the second half.
Anfield got flatter and flatter with each goal conceded and Klopp looked exasperated on the touchline.
In an attempt to stem the tide, he made five substitutions during the second half with Bobby Firmino, Diogo Jota, Joel Matip, James Milner and Harvey Elliott all coming off the bench.
The latter was only brought in with five minutes remaining and yet there was still time for him to be humiliated by Real in injury time.
Elliott was working hard in an attempt to win the ball back.
However, Dani Ceballos, Toni Kroos and Nacho had other ideas.
The three Real Madrid players popped the ball around the chasing Elliott and made him look like a Year 7 trying to get the ball off Year 11s.
It subsequently resulted in Elliott fouling Nacho and getting booked for his protests.
