Declan Rice will cost more than Enzo Fernandez — West Ham manager Moyes reveals

"Undoubtedly Declan is going to be a top player. He'll be a British transfer record if he ever leaves West Ham," Hammers manager David Moyes told Goal.

"There's a lot of talk about it and when you see what's going about for the prices, I think Dec will be blowing that out of the water, that's for sure, when it comes around."

Chelsea have set a new British transfer record, spending £106m on signing Enzo Fernandez from Benfica.

The Blues are said to be very keen on Rice, who has also attracted the interest of Arsenal and United.
