Caught on cameraa: Griezmann unties Mingueza's boot after accidentally stepping on ex-Barca teammate

Antoine Griezmann inadvertently stepped on Oscar Mingueza while chasing the ball in Atletico Madrid's game against Celta Vigo.

The action caused Mingueza to lose his footwear while also suffering some damage from the challenge from the Frenchman.

But Griezmann stayed back to console his former Barcelona teammate. He also untied Mingueza's boot that came off to allow the defender put it back easily.

Griezmann eventually ended the game on the winning side with Atleti securing a 1-0 win. Former Barca striker Memphis Depay got the goal.
