Barca squad to accompany Marcos Alonso to father's funeral

Javi Miguel reports that Barcelona have decided to shift the Friday training session to the evening. That's because a big part of the squad, headed by Xavi and the four captains, will travel to Madrid to accompany Marcos Alonso at his father's funeral.

It's added that Alonso has been granted permission to take as many days off as needed.

On Thursday, the training session at Ciutat Esportiva started with a minute of silence in memory of Marcos Alonso Pena and the victims of the recent earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
