'Xavi can say anything he wants, I've won four Champions Leagues': One time Casemiro hushed Barca legend

"He [Xavi] can say anything he wants to, but I've been here [Real Madrid] for four years and played in four Champions League finals," Casemiro told El Larguero in 2020.

"I couldn't sign for Barcelona, I don't have their footballing DNA like Xavi says. I'm with Madrid until the end," the Brazilian added back then.

Casemiro didn't just play in those finals – he won them all! And since that interview, the player added one more Champions League trophy to his cabinet.

It's not necessary to have a certain club's 'DNA' to be successful. Real Madrid are the perfect example – they are simply born winners.
