Chelsea are close to announcing the arrival of Noni Madueke from PSV after Fabrizio Romano stated that all his formalities have now been completed.

The 20-year-old plays on the right wing as a left-footed attacker. He's not the first player with that profile to be signed from PSV.

Going back nearly 20 years, Chelsea had signed Arjen Robben from PSV in 2004, a player with a demon of left foot.
