Shakira Orders Construction Of Massive Fence to Separate Her House From Pique's Parents

Pop singer Shakira is doing all she can to get some distance from Gerard Pique and his family. According to Euro News, Shakira has ordered the erection of a massive fence to separate her house from Pique's parents' — they remain next-door neighbours.

Shakira's relationship with Pique's parents since the breakup is said to be non-existent, per Marca. While the singer continues to live in their Barcelona home after Pique moved out, she wants no sort of contact with the ex's parents who live in the next building.

The fence being built by Shakira may be a welcome idea by Pique's parents though. After Shakira released her Buzzrap song in which she dissed Pique on more than one occasion, reporters said the song was being blared loudly from the singer's house for days with the windows open. Pique's parents would've found it disturbing.

Shakira also reportedly placed a black witch mannequin in front of her house directly facing Pique's parent's house. The object was placed as a direct insult to Pique's mother. Reporters say Pique's mom asked for the mannequin to be removed.

The fence being built will most likely help to separate the unfriendly neighbours until Shakira moves her family to Miami as is being mooted.
