PSG Report shared an image of the duo on Twitter with the caption: “Kylian Mbappe and Achraf Hakimi in Times Square New York City, USA during their time off.”
The two PSG stars’ friendship and visible fondness for each always has drawn much attention in the media in recent months.
Commenting on the pair’s image in Times Square, some fans speculated that the duo took a picture in front of the H&M building because it stands for their initials.

Mbappe and Hakimi are taking a few days off following their 2022 World Cup efforts.
PSG head coach Christophe Gaultier previously stated, “Hakimi and Mbappe will have a few days off... They will now recover.”
Prior to their visit to Midtown Manhattan in New York City, the PSG stars attended an NBA match between Brooklyn Nets and San Antonio Spurs at the Barclays Center Stadium in Brooklyn.
The PSG duo met the famous NBA player Kevin Durant during the game. Durant gave the PSG duo a jersey, and the three men posed for photos that have since gone viral on the internet.
Hakimi and Mbappe have been close friends since the Moroccan right-back joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2021.
In June, the PSG duo spent a joint summer holiday in Morocco’s red city of Marrakech.
