Manchester United top list of most valuable Premier League clubs — Glazers will love it

A study by financial experts at Sportico has named Manchester United the most valuable club in the Premier League.

The Red Devils are top of the list at £4.8 billion, a whole billion more than rivals Liverpool who are second at £3.8 billion.

Manchester City are third at £3.5 billion while London duo Arsenal (£2.9 billion) and Chelsea (£2.8 billion) complete the top five.

The Glazers are open to the idea of selling the club and the recent figure could actually strengthen their position in talks with buyers.
