'I've been working hard in training': Maguire reveals feelings on not playing regularly for Man United
When the Man United captain was asked about his feelio about not playing regularly for Man United this season after the 3-1 win over Reading, Harry Maguire told ITV: “I've looked after myself.
“It was two and a half weeks since my last start. I've been working hard in training. When I get the opportunity I need to take it. I'm ready when my chance comes.
“I'm 29 and I haven't really been in this position in my career. I don't want to get used to it but it's part and parcel of football.”
Maguire had a very impressive outing on his return to the starting XI, helping United maintain a strong defensive line.
Man United has won their last 12 games which Maguire started and the defender hope to keep that streak going, all while starting more games for the club too.
