"It doesn't Hurt because we Lost, it hurts because we were Robbed': Man City fans can't take Manchester derby defeat
Manchester City fans cannot get over the 2-1 loss to Manchester United and they are furious.
Despite the controversy over Bruno Fernandes' goal, the Red Devils absolutely shut down Erling Haaland.
The Norwegian striker could not get close to scoring and United made the most of their chances to get the three points.
Here's how City fans reacted on Reddit:
💬 Mountain_Lettuce: "I get he [Marcus Rashford] didn’t touch the ball but he is clearly blocking the defensive from getting the ball 100% offside."
💬 NamoAwesome: "I wanna see this bullshit league’s explanation for that goal, will we get an apology?"
💬 skyblues_mcfc: "Don’t care about losing when we play this poorly, but to have a blatantly offside goal to be given against us...a bit of a punch to the gut that."
💬 FancyCrawdad: "Absolutely f***ing ridiculous. We were nowhere near our best but the second half was completely comfortable until that farce of a decision. I can't remember the last time I was so viscerally irate after a football match. Don't know what else to say really, any other discussion point feels insignificant in comparison."
💬 Iswaterreallywet: "United is back in the officials pockets. Premier League is truly back boys."
