"I Will Resign": Guardiola Shares Worrying Update After Everton Draw

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has shared a worrying update on his future with the English giants. 

Speaking after Man City's 1-1 disappointing draw with Everton, Pep refused to rule out the possibility of quitting the club before the expiry of his contract. 

"The moment I feel something is wrong, I will resign or not renew my contract," the Spaniard told Marca. 

"The contract is just a piece of paper. I extended my commitment to the club because I feel the team can still do it well under my leadership.

 "If we get tired of each other, I'm not going to stay until the end because of the contract," he added. 

City are currently placed second on the Premier League standings with 36 points, seven points behind leaders Arsenal.
