'I Love This Club': Dalot Gives Exciting Update On Contract Talks With United

When asked about his stance on signing a new contract with Man United, Diogo Dalot said: “We are in a position to say that we are negotiating [my contract] and how both parties will benefit, but it is no secret that I am happy to be here.

“I love this club, I love to play for this club so we will see how things go. Progressively we are in a good direction as a team, for me, this is the most important part and hopefully individually I can continue to help the team as I am doing.”

Dalot seems to have given a big update that contract talks are going well between his representatives at the club.

This comes after United triggered a one-year extension on his deal, extending it to 2024 to give them some more time to negotiate a new long-term contract for ihm.

The Portuguese full-back has become a vital part of Erik ten Hag’s side this season, making 22 appearances in which he’s scored a goal and provided 2 assists.
