"I Drank A Lot Without Eating": Aguero Reveals How He Made Messi Angry During Argentina's World Cup Celebrations

"At one point I couldn't take it anymore. I couldn't even turn around. If I turned around, I would end up in a hospital. He [Messi] realised it as I looked at him and we exchanged glances. 'All good, we are the world champions, but my back hurts,' I said. And there he took it out on me.

"I drank a lot without eating, that's why he was angry. We were the world champions, I didn't care (...) At one point, Leo got angry and told me to 'stop'. How can you stop? We are the world champions. I was so good, so happy, I think my heart was perfect. And since I was happy, I hit the double portion of alcohol," the Argentine also recalled.

Those intense celebrations could be very dangerous for Sergio Aguero who had to retire due to heart problems.
