How much Mudryk earns at Chelsea revealed - Not too far from what Arsenal offered

Mykhailo Mudryk has signed with Chelsea on a 7.5-year-long deal with an option for 12 additional months and the player was signed for an initial €70 million transfer fee.

A further €30 million may be paid to Shakhtar in performance related add-ons. Arsenal weren't too far off in their bid either, but the rate at which Chelsea offered to pay those figures in instalments was markedly faster.

As for Mudryk's salary, he is going to be paid less that what Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Callum Hudson-Odoi make at the club.

The Ukrainian will earn £97,000 a week during his time at Chelsea. Compared to other members of the Chelsea senior squad it is relatively low.

This is all a part of Boehly's efforts to transform the payroll of the club in order to have healthy finances going forward, while setting the marker down for future acquistions.
