Bayern Munich Planning Surprise Move For Liverpool Forward Roberto Firmino
Bayern Munich are believed to be preparing a big-money offer for Roberto Firmino, as they aim to sign the Brazilian forward from Liverpool this January.
The Bundesliga champions recently completed the signing of former Manchester United defender Daley Blind and have now turned their attention to the Reds' frontman.
According to Sportskeeda, the Bavarians have reportedly identified Firmino as a potential replacement for Robert Lewandowski, whom the club let join Barcelona last summer.
It is unclear if Liverpool will be tempted to part ways with the 31-year-old forward, who has scored nine goals and provided four assists in 21 appearances this season .
If the move materialises however, Firmino will reunite former striker partner Sadio Mane at the Allianz Arena, with the Senegalese joining the Bundesliga champions last summer.
