Arsenal have entered the race to sign Declan Rice, The Times report.
The Gunners are 'growing in confidence' they can beat Chelsea for the signature of the West Ham midfielder. Arsenal's pitch to the midfield consists of their near-guaranteed participation in the Champions League next season, something Chelsea may not be able to offer.
The Englishman is expected to cost around £80m in the summer.
The best part about this rumour is how Arsenal fans have reacted to it.
Many of them are sure that Rice is going to Chelsea in the summer. They've already admitted defeat, having learned the hard lesson after Chelsea beat them for Joao Felix and Mykhailo Mudryk.
