Al-Nassr are planning to offer Sergio Busquets a contract worth €13m per year, ESPN reports.
The midfielder is free to negotiate with other clubs as his Barcelona contract expires in the summer.
The Spaniard won't leave Camp Nou in January, having been persuaded to stay by Xavi, but could be open to a summer move.
The Saudi side have recently signed Cristiano Ronaldo on a €69.8m-per-year deal.
