He pinned the pic with the France players who played the final and the African roots they have.

Calling France an African country is too weird though. Most players there indeed have African roots, but they were mostly born in France and fully deserve their right of representing France's national side at the World Cup.

Morocco deservedly were the best African side in the competition. France is France.
