According to the Manchester Evening News, the Red Devils are 'confident of reaching an agreement' with the winger over a new deal.
The 18-year-old's contract at Old Trafford expires at the end of the 2023/24 season and Madrid are reportedly looking to sign him on a free transfer that summer.
